Exhibitor Booths

Exhibitor spaces will be located in the main Symposium Hall. Pre-registration and payment of $75 per booth space for corporate organizations and $35 for organizations with 501(c)(3) status is required. All exhibitors must register separately for the symposium.
Each exhibitor will receive a 6-foot skirted table. Each space will be provided chairs, electricity, and internet capabilities. A company identification sign for your booth will be hung on the drapery behind the booth. Please include a paragraph or two with the registration form about your organization. This will be included in the Symposium program. Registration deadline for exhibitors and vendors is December 15, 2024. There is a limit of 16 Exhibitor Booth spaces available! Get your forms in early to guarantee a space and to insure your company profile is included in the Symposium program.
